After checkout you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with an order number. If you created an account, the order appears in My Orders. Didn’t get it in 10 minutes? Check spam or contact us.
We prep orders quickly. We can attempt edits/cancellation within 1 hour—mail support@mayomerlet.com (subject “URGENT: Edit/Cancel”) with your order number.
Use the tracking link to check the latest scan. If marked delivered, verify address and check with neighbours/pickup point. Then contact Customer Care.

These Terms govern all sales on the Site and in physical stores, superseding prior agreements, regardless of the Customer’s terms.

Orders via Account or Guest Checkout. Steps: accept TOU, select products, provide details, choose payment, confirm, receive e-mail. Availability not guaranteed until confirmation. Purchase limits may apply.
Prices in USD ONLY incl. applicable taxes. Shipping shown at checkout. Payment due immediately via cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna (where available).
Typical delivery: 4–9 business days. If delayed > 30 days, Customer may cancel for refund. Risk transfers on delivery.
Returns within 14 days using the provided label. Items must be unused in original condition. Refunds within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping may apply.
Statutory warranties: conformity (24 months) and hidden defects (24 months from discovery). Claims via e-mail, confirmed in writing.
All content/designs are the exclusive property of Mayo Merle’t. Any reproduction/distribution/commercial use is prohibited without prior consent.
Company liable only for direct damages from proven fault or gross negligence.
