Membership Policy & Terms — Mayo Merle’t

By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Mayo Merle’t membership program (the “Program”), you agree to these Membership Policy & Terms, our General Terms of Sale, Legal Notice and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use the Program.

• The Program is offered at our sole discretion and may be modified or ended at any time.
• The Program is not a gift card, stored value, credit, insurance or financial product.
• Benefits have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, pledged or exchanged for cash.

• Open to individuals aged 16+ with legal capacity. Minors require parental consent where required by law.
• One account per person. We may request ID to verify identity and eligibility.
• Program availability may be restricted in certain jurisdictions (e.g., export/sanctioned territories).

• Enroll online or in-store by providing accurate, current information and accepting these terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity on your account.
• Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be merged or closed; balances may be adjusted following investigation.

We may offer tier levels (e.g., Regular, Preferred, Private) based on annual net spend or activity.

• Status is evaluated on a rolling or calendar basis as specified in your account.
• We may change tier names, thresholds, benefits or qualification rules at any time.
• Tier benefits are personal, non-transferable and may require ID at redemption.

• Points (or credits) accrue on eligible net merchandise after discounts and before taxes, fees and shipping.
• No accrual on gift cards, limited editions, services, shipping, taxes, returns, or where prohibited.
• Posted balances are subject to audit and correction for errors, cancellations, chargebacks or suspected abuse.
• Bonus events may carry special rules and time limits disclosed at the event.

• Points may be redeemed only as described in your account at the time of redemption.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to past purchases, or combined with some offers unless we state otherwise.
• We may cap redemptions per transaction or per time period; blackout dates and product exclusions may apply.
• Lost or stolen rewards will not be reissued unless required by law.

• Unless stated otherwise, points expire 12 months after accrual or after 12 months of no qualifying activity.
• Returns, refunds and chargebacks will reduce or cancel previously earned points.
• We may correct balances for system errors or suspected misuse, with or without notice.

• Returning items purchased with a reward may forfeit the reward or its proportional value.
• If a return reduces net spend below a tier threshold, status may be downgraded.
• We may require the original order number and photo ID for adjustments.

• Access to early drops, private sales or events is limited, non-guaranteed and may require RSVP.
• We may withdraw or alter any promotional benefit at our discretion.

Transactional messages (e.g., enrollment, points, account notices) are required to operate your membership. Marketing communications (email/SMS/push) are optional and sent only with your consent where required by law. You may change preferences at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting Customer Care.

• We process member data to administer the Program, personalize experiences, prevent fraud and comply with law.
• See our Privacy Policy for legal bases (consent, contract, legitimate interests), your rights, and retention periods.
• We may use cookies/analytics to measure engagement and tailor content. Manage preferences in your browser or settings.

• We share data with vetted service providers (e.g., payment, logistics, CRM, analytics) under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms.

• We may investigate suspected fraud, gaming or misuse (e.g., bulk returns, coupon stacking, resale, bots).
• We may suspend, revoke or close accounts; forfeit points; and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

• We may change or end the Program (or any feature) at any time. We will post the effective date of changes.
• Upon termination, unused points and benefits may expire and are not convertible to cash.
• You may cancel membership anytime by contacting Customer Care.

The Program is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

• Members are responsible for any taxes arising from rewards or benefits where applicable.
• We may restrict benefits in jurisdictions impacted by trade restrictions or sanctions.

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules of your jurisdiction apply otherwise.

• We may assign or transfer the Program in connection with a reorganization or sale of business.
• If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
