If a product is not in stock, when will it be available again?

Mayo Merle’t offers a curated selection of pieces from our latest collections, with stock updated regularly. If the item you wish to purchase is unavailable,

we invite you to join the waitlist via the product page or contact our team for availability through select retail partners.

How can I know I may order was processed correctly?

Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders placed on Mayomerlet.com may not be cancelled or modified. Please rest assured that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived, please contact our Customer Care team at support@mayomerlet.com. We’ll be happy to assist you and ensure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible.
