Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. If you created an account, the order will also appear in My Orders. Didn’t get the e-mail within 10 minutes? Please check your spam folder or contact us.
We start preparing orders quickly. We can attempt to edit or cancel within 1 hour of confirmation—please e-mail support@mayomerlet.com with the subject “URGENT: Edit / Cancel” and include your order number. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible; for address updates once shipped, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking.
Use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation to check the latest scan. If marked as delivered, please verify your address, check with household/neighbours or your local pickup point and allow 24 hours. Still missing? Contact Customer Care at support@mayomerlet.com—we’ll assist right away.
